Purchase Policy

Azzumi’s Purchase Policy 

This Purchase Policy (“Purchase Policy”, “PP”, “Policy”) is an agreement between Azzumi Inc. (“Azzumi”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) and you (User, you, or your). This Policy sets forth the general guidelines and purchasing practices accepted by Azzumi and any of its products or services (collectively,”Platform” or “Services”).

Who You Are Buying From

Azzumi acts as the agent to those who provide services, such as venues, college groups,  teams, artist representatives and fan clubs, promoters and leagues (“Event Providers”). We generally sell tickets on behalf of our clients including artists, teams, venues, and promoters, though in some rare instances we may own a small number of tickets as part of our services contract with the individual client. When you purchase a ticket for a service, then Azzumi  will be handling the transaction and collecting payment for the Service Provider. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.

Pricing And Availability 

When we sell tickets on behalf of Service Providers, we do not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Our clients typically set the face price of their tickets. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points. Most distribution points generally access the same ticketing system and inventory; therefore, tickets for popular services may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the service. However, we do not control this inventory or its availability. 

Face Value and Commission Rates

Azzumi is proud of being able to offer the lowest commission rates in the ticketing industry. Face value is the term used to describe the amount paid by a user to purchase a service. A ticket’s face value is $0,50 + 5% higher than the fee identified by the Service Provider. Azzumi receives 8% of the fee in return for its collaboration and assistance. These rates can be adjusted if an agreement takes place between Azzumi and the Service Provider.  

Online Payments

If you are paying with online payment methods or by credit card, you authorize us to charge your credit card or bank account for all fees payable. You further authorize us to use a third party to process payments, and consent to the disclosure of your payment information to such third parties.

Pricing and Other Errors

If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this Platform or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then we will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this Platform or other Azzumi operated system. We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you, or anyone else, incurs in connection with errors of this nature. 

Purchases From Other Websites

Service Providers have the right to promote their services on Azzumi even though they may prefer to make the sales on their own websites. In this case, Azzumi redirects the users to the websites specified by the Service Providers. It should be noted that Azzumi does not have a responsibility to verify such Service Providers. If a user purchases a service from another website, the relevant organization’s policies become binding and Azzumi’s Purchase Policy does not apply. 


Services can be canceled or postponed. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that service. If we issue you a refund for a ticket due to a canceled or postponed service, we will issue a refund of the ticket’s face value paid (or, for a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid). If you wish to cancel your ticket, your service allows cancellations and your Service Provider approves your cancellation request, we will issue a refund for 80% of the ticket’s original fee. This will be compensated by Azzumi Inc and the relevant Service Provider proportionally. These rates can also depend on the Service which you want to cancel. It generally takes 5 to 10 business days for these refunds to be visible on your bank account. If this period exceeds 10 days, please do not hesitate to contact us, through azzumi@azzumi.com. We would like to clearly state that Azzumi is not responsible for validating Service Providers and their services and hence, Azzumi is not obligated to issue refunds if you are not satisfied with their services for any reason. In that case, you may not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us and you may not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback”. If you are a Service Provider and prevent Azzumi from issuing refunds, due to a problem related to your bank account or any other reasons, we will issue the refunds on behalf of you and attempt to contact you to cover this expense. If you fail to cover this expense, you may face additional financial charges, depending on the fee of the related Service. If you fail to cover these charges as well, Azzumi can take legal actions against you and break all your connections with Azzumi, Platform and Services.


Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your service and seat selection. Policies set forth by Service Providers generally prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. For many services, certain tickets may be exchanged for tickets from us of equal or higher price. A per ticket exchange fee may apply. 

Order and Billing Information Verification

All information on accounts and orders must be valid and are subject to verification. Orders that are placed, or attempted to be placed, using an account in which any information entered is found to be false, misleading, incorrect, incomplete or cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder, such as name, address, email address, phone number, IP address, or other, are subject to cancellation, at any time. Furthermore, we may cancel your order and sell your tickets to another customer without further notice. Orders are subject to credit card approval and processed only after the billing address, associated with your credit card, and other billing information, has been verified.


From all the countries in the World, you can use Azzumi’s enhanced technological features to socialize through live experiences, meet with people having similar tastes and interests, engage in the global event network, organize services, promote services and make purchases. You can also promote paid services and Azzumi can redirect users to the purchasing url which you specify. However, if you are willing to offer paid services and receive your revenues via Azzumi, you must have and specify a valid bank account in the United States of America. 

Payout Schedule

After a user purchases a Service, it typically takes 2 business days for Service Providers in the United States of America to receive the revenue. This day can be altered due to the schedule adjustments. This 2-day period can become longer for the first payout, considering the time needed for bank account verification. If your business operates in a higher-risk industry, a 14 calendar day schedule might apply to your business instead. Payment Methods

You can make purchases on Azzumi with your valid credit/debit cards. If you want to receive funds, you need to specify a valid bank account in one of the eligible countries. 

Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Policy or its policies relating to the Platform or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Policy in the Platform. When we do, we will post a notification in our Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Acceptance of this Policy

You acknowledge that you have read this Purchase Policy and agree to all its terms. By using the Platform or its Services you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to use or access the Platform and its Services.
